Hello, my name is Andre C and I am an experienced home carer specializing in hourly and overnight care. As a male carer, I have had the opportunity to provide compassionate and professional care to individuals with various conditions including Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, Anxiety, and Depression, amongst others.
While I may not be able to drive or have my own car, I bring a wealth of skills to the table. I am competent in assisting with bathing, toileting, dressing, catheter care, and providing much-needed companionship. I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for my clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
Outside of my caregiving role, I enjoy hobbies such as walking, dancing, card games, cooking, baking, and solving puzzles. These interests have taught me patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities.
In addition to my love for caregiving, I have a fondness for animals. I have experience and a preference for caring for cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds. Being around animals adds an extra sense of joy and companionship in my life, which I believe translates positively to the individuals I care for.
